Gone is the time when candidates had to wait hours in offices to clear interview levels. In the present scenario of the progressively active digital world, many preliminary interviews and some final interviews are conducted in a wide range of media which includes telephone interviews. It has made the recruitment process easier for both the employer and the candidate as well.
